This four-week course includes both training and hands-on work experience. At
the end of the programme, participants are guaranteed a job interview with employers, including

Success story - Hounslow resident inspires next generation of Green Sector talent
Paola Valle was offered a role as a Landscape and Environment Operatives at
Maydencroft after completing the Green Skills Bootcamp programme.
As a registered service user of Work Hounslow, Paola received career support
and personalised guidance from employment advisors to help her take her first steps into the
green sector.
Paola shares the joy of her new role:
"Every morning I wake
up excited to go to work. This Bootcamp
changed my life. I’ve gone from a previous job as a paralegal to leading new learners,
driving
trucks, building boardwalks, and planting trees — all while working outdoors, which is where
I’m
happiest."
